Application to the NAWO (step I)

Membership with The National Association of Wedding Officiants is open to ALL who perform as Wedding Officiants in the United States that meet the requirements of their individual states and communities and follow the Terms and Conditions of the NAWO.

Please note that The NAWO does not certify "Groups" or "Partnerships". Certification is for individuals only.

Your application will be reviewed by the NAWO Board of Directors. It is very important that you take a few moments to answer the following in detail. Leaving these sections empty with a simple one sentence line will not be in your best interest for approval. We actually review each applicant and and research as much as we can. We are NOT like the others that are just collecting a membership fee from wedding Officiants.

ALL NAWO members are expected to go the "extra mile"  for their couples. Please explain in detail what service or services you offer beyond the normal. (example: sending of congrats, thank you or Anniversary recognition cards, etc.)
ALL members are expected to be reasonably priced. Please state where your price is compared to the same services offered in your area.
Please add additional comments that you feel may be of importance to the NAWO reviewing panel.
